OOTD - Classy Casual

OOTD - Classy Casual

I put together this ensemble to give you guys some fashion inspiration for that event that could be both classy and casual. I decided to mix both of these styles by pairing the ultra casual ripped jeans with a classy pin-striped shirt and a blazer style jacket. The accessories also mix these styles with the casual slouchy bag paired with the structured hat and heeled boots. Its hard to find that balance between overdressed and underdressed but I think this outfit strikes that balance!

Hat - H&M
Jacket - River Island
Shirt - Zara
Belt - Caris Closet
Jeans - Topshop
Boots - Bank
Bag - Local Boutique

What are your favourite versatile pieces that can be classy yet casual?

Review: Cocoa Brown Gentle Bronze Gradual Tan

So I dont know about you but the winter has really taken its toll on my skin. I was craving a moisturizer with a hint of colour to reverse the drying effects of that pesky winter weather.
I found that and more in the Cocoa Brown Gentle Bronze gradual tan.

It is essentially a tinted body moisturiser but what makes it unique is its streak - free abilities. I just applied it generously like I would my regular moisturiser with no great care and left it overnight to find a beautiful streak - free glow the morning after! In terms of colour the product does what it says on the tin really, the colour is a light cocoa brown and thankfully no orange in sight!

Cocoa Brown kindly sent me this a few months ago to review and my skin never really needed it until now. I wouldnt recommend a product to you guys unless I really loved it myself and this definately has the Lisa Love seal of approval. Cocoa Brown Gentle Bronze gradual tan is available from most pharmacies and penneys stores around Ireland and are constantly growing so keep an eye out!

Would you like to see a post on my other winter skin wonders?

Review: Soap & Glory Archery Brow pencil

Review: The Soap & Glory Archery Brow Pencil

So I have a neverending battle with my eyebrows, they just never seem to look great and they are seriously high - maintenence. Any blonde - browed girls will understand my battle because trying to find brow products for blonde hair at an affordable price is a seemingly impossible task....until now.

I recently brought the hunt to boots where I found the soap and glory brow tint and precision archery pencil, I swatched it and I swear I heard the heavens sing. The colour is not too ornage or ashy but just PERFECT. After putting the pencil to the test I was delighted to see it actually really works.

The pencil is dual - ended with an extremely thin felt tip on one end and a waxy pencil on the other which together make the perfect pair. It is easy to apply and long lasting too. I would highly recommend this pencil for us blonde girls in particular but a friend of mine swear by it and she is brunette!

Top : Pencil
Bottom : Felt tip

P.S apologies fot the rip in the packaging I was evidently eager to open it!

Is there any brow products you cant live without?
